When I visited early in the morning, it was quiet; more guests began arriving later. Crowd levels naturally depend on the flight schedule.

Fukuoka Airport states that every seat has access to power. The lounge also provides dedicated Wi-Fi, one complimentary computer, fax and copying facilities, phone and web-meeting booths, restrooms, a nursing room, newspapers, and magazines. The official lounge listing includes hot and cold light meals, bread, snacks, sweets, and soft drinks. During my visit, I found salad, curry, side dishes, soup, and drinks. Lounge TIME International: The Walk-in Alternative

Lounge TIME International is on the third floor near Gate 56, after security. It is useful for travelers who do not qualify for Lounge Fukuoka because anyone departing internationally may pay to enter, subject to capacity. Some eligible cardholders may enter free.

The admission fee includes soft drinks, Wi-Fi, flight-information displays, newspapers and magazines, and restrooms. Alcohol and light meals cost extra. The lounge does not make boarding announcements, so monitor your flight yourself.
